General Terms

▪ Venue: Hall 6, Westfalenhalle, Strobelallee 45, 44139 Dortmund, Germany Eligibility: 

➢ You will need a KCGN ID and the NEURON app to register for and participate in this Event. If you don’t have a KCGN ID, please make sure that you register for one before securing entry to the Event.

➢ The Event is subject to all applicable local and international laws and regulations. ➢ Event attendance is limited to the maximum capacity of the Venue, and subject to: o any terms and conditions of entry of the Venue which may be in place;  

o KONAMI’s Policy Documents:

▪ Official Tournament Infractions and Penalties Policy,

➢ By participating in the Event, each entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these  General Terms and warrants that he/she meets the eligibility requirements. Anyone not meeting these eligibility requirements may be refused entry to the Event. 

➢ KONAMI reserves the right to cancel the Event if there are insufficient participants or for any other reason, in KONAMI’s reasonable discretion, including an event beyond its reasonable control. 

➢ KONAMI’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.

➢ Tournament packages are priced at €44.90 (forty-four EUR and ninety EUR Cents). A  Tournament package entitles you to 10 (ten) Booster Packs, referred to herein as the “Entry  Prize“, as well as registration for the event. 

Entry Prize: 

➢ You will be able to collect your Entry Prize at the Venue during the Event.  ➢ Participants can collect their Tournament Packages upon check-in at the event. These items are available at the information desk. Items may be collected: 

o Friday: 12:00 – 18:30 

o Saturday: 8:30 – 19:00 

o Sunday: 8:30 – 15:00 

o If you are unable to attend the Event, you will not be able to collect your Entry  Prize.  

➢ The specifics of the Entry Prize shall be solely determined by KONAMI. The Entry Prize is non-transferable.  

➢ The Entry Prize shall be used exclusively for private purposes, and it is hereby prohibited to offer the Entry Prize for sale publicly, in auctions (in particular on the internet e.g. via eBay), and/or on unauthorized sales platforms. 

➢ KONAMI reserves the right to substitute the Entry Prize for another prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. 

Entrant Data: 

  • Any entrant data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Event,  ticketing sales, provision of the Entry Prize, and any related purposes where necessary for performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions or for our legitimate business interests.

Liability: 
  • We regret that we are unable to cancel purchases or issue refunds. Event Prizes are non-transferrable. KONAMI will not be liable in the event that you are not able to collect/enjoy your Event Prize for reasons beyond KONAMI’s reasonable control.  
  • Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, KONAMI and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the Event; and/or any postponement, cancellation,  delay or changes to the Event Prize beyond KONAMI’s control; and for any act or default of any third-party supplier. 

Applicable Law: 
  • The Event, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. All entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Event. 
  • The operator of the Event is Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. of 14-16 Sheet Street, Windsor,  SL4 1BG, United Kingdom, VAT No. GB 579 118 802
