Yes, you are free to enter the venue as a spectator. You will not require a spectator ticket.

If a player registers for a tournament that they are unable to participate in, they may contact customersupport@tournamentcenter.gg prior to the start of the event, by emailing with your player name, order number, and the event registrations you would like to cancel.

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 5% per ticket cancelled, plus any payment method fees.

Once an event has started, unofrtunately we won’t be able to offer a refund anymore.
Event entry may not be transferred to another player.

We do not issue event entry refunds as a result of Judge rulings or player disqualifications.

No, you can not transfer your ticket. You can, however, ask for a refund up until 1 week before the event.
